I believe in making my counselling sessions as accessible as possible for all and keep my fees as low as I can.
For this reason I offer a sliding pay scale , as a pay what you can with fees between £25 and £45.
In Person Counselling

Meeting face to face in my private and welcoming counselling garden room in rural Billingshurst. Sessions are 50 minutes long
Online
Counselling

Sessions have the same structure as face to face counselling but take place online via a secure platform such as google meet or zoom. (both are free to download)
Walk And Talk

The counselling session is held outdoors whilst walking or sitting in nature. this combination of counselling, movement and nature can be powerful in creating change and reducing stress and anxiety.

I work within a person centred model, meaning your needs are at the heart of our therapeutic work together. Exploring what brings you to counselling, exploring in the here and now at your pace, tailored to your needs. I will listen to what matters to you. I believe you are your own expert.
About Me
Hello, my name is Christina I’m a fully qualified person centred counsellor. I provide short and long term counselling in a safe,confidential and non judgmental space.
